So I see that you're interested in a premade CSS layout! You've definately come to the right place, as here you can get this great quality CSS layout to use on your website or neopets petpage. It's simple to use aswell; just copy the code and paste into desired area.

This layout in particular was inspired by the song, 'The Pretender' by the Foo Fighters. It's one of my favorite songs, although the color scheme doesn't exactally match the song (msusic video especially!), the lyrics matched the color scheme. Even that being said, feel free to edit the color scheme. DO NOT remove the credit, and don't delete anything you're not sure about. The last bit isn't mandatory, but it will save yourself the headaches.
