<b>Step .001</b> Open GIMP and create a new image; the atributes identical to those of the image you are
planning to use. Paste the image onto the canvas. CRTL-L and right-click on the pasted layer. Select "New Layer".

<b>Step .002</b> Go to <i>Colors>Color Balance</i> and modify your settings to mine; which are provided below.
